Module 1 builds on your basic FrontPage knowledge, teaching you to apply dynamic effects and really understand the Outlook screen. In Module 2, you will learn to receive and reply to emails, use options, make attachments and modify your auto signature. There is a focus on using your address book, recalling messages and creating folders.
Module 3 covers the calendar tool, adding, editing, moving or deleting your appointments, scheduling meetings and sharing your calendar.
Module 4 tackles your contacts list enabling you to add, edit, delete and most importantly find your contacts. You will also be able to print your contact list and change the way you view the layout of your contacts depending on what is important to you.
Module 5 focuses on tasks and notes, including assigning tasks to yourself or others, keeping track of deadlines and categorizing them. You will also learn how to create a note, change the properties or views of a note and finally forward a note.
